Introduction
- The American style pad mounted transformers are transformers which combine the housing of transformer, switchgear, fuses, tap changers and related auxiliary equipment. Terminal type or loop type is available depending on various environments. It is suitable for both indoor or outdoor applications which include residential areas, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, factories, businesses, hospitals, schools and other occasions. It can be installed right in the load centre, so as to maximize the power supply quality. Flexible design which can meet all kind of requirement as metering, reactive power compensation, low-voltage circuit breaking and etc.

Features
- Full insulation structure and chain coupling to ensure personal safety;
- Hermetically sealed tank preventing oil from deterioration and prolong service life.
- Coupling of three-phase load switches effectively reduces the ferromagnetic resonance.
- Double fuse protections ensure the simplicity, convenience, economy, reliability and safety of the system.
- Silicon core, amorphous metal core, foil core on request.
- The elbow connector of high voltage inlet can withstand high current. In case of emergency, it can be used as load break switch, and also has the characteristics of disconnector.
- Compact size, 2/3 reduction on volume compared to European style pad-mounted transformers.
